After sending in your completed Premier Contractor Club Enrollment Form (See your Diamond Vogel service center or sales representative for an enrollment form or print the online form), you will receive a membership packet that will include an Order Form (also available online). Fill out the Order Form completely and send it to the address on the bottom of the Order Form. If you need an additional Order Form, contact your Diamond Vogel representative or service center, or call 1-800-72VOGEL. Orders from the 2011 Merchandise Catalog should be placed no later than August 31, 2011.
